Keep in mind any form submitted without ALL data blocks filled in will not be accepted.

All work, websites, etc... will be reviewed by administration prior to posting and posting is at the sole descretion of administration.

Some work and/or web sites may not be allowed/linked due to content, others may not be utilized simply because a small image size applicable for the web does not adequately represent the work.
