General Information:
The Oklahoma School of Photography offers the following types of financial assistance to those who qualify.
Title IV - Federal financial aid consisting of Stafford Subsidized Loans, Stafford Unsubsidized Loans, Parent Plus Loans, and Pell Grants.
VA - Veteran Affairs. The Oklahoma School of Photography is listed with the department of Veteran Affairs, if you are a veteran of the US Armed Forces and would like to find out if you are eligible for this program please contact your VA Education officer.
Vocational Rehabilitation - The Oklahoma School of Photography is approved for Vocational Rehabilitation training in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Texas. If you would like to find out if you are eligible for these programs please contact your local vocational rehabilitation officer.Financial Aid Estimate
The Oklahoma School of Photography offers prospective students the opportunity to obtain a financial aid estimate prior to enrolling in classes. The financial aid estimate is available to help you determine if you are eligible to recieve Title IV financial aid, it is NOT an application to the Department of Education or a loan application. This is an estimate application ONLY.
If you would like to obtain a financial aid estimate, we now offer an online estimate workup or you may schedule a time at the school to obtain an estimate. If you would like to schedule a financial aid appointment please call us at (405) 799-1411.
You will find two links below. One is for students who are considered by the Department of Education to be Independent and the other for Dependent students. If you meet the following criteria click on the Independent Link, otherwise click on the Dependent Link to properly fill out your financial aid estimate forms.
If you answer Yes to Any of the following questions then you would be potentially classified as Independent by the US DOE regulations.
Were you born before January 1, 1985?
As of today are you Married?
Do you have children that recieve MORE than half of their financial support from you?
Do you have dependents OTHER than your children/spouse who live with you AND who recieve more than half their support from you?
Are BOTH of your parents deceased?
Are you (were you) until the age of 18 a ward/dependent of the court?
Are you a Veteran of the US Armed Forces?
